Description:
Amorphous alloy transformer uses new magnetic material , amorphous alloy, as core. The no-load losses dropped about 75% and no-load current declined about 80% compared with traiditional silicon steel core transformer. This reduces the running cost of the transformer greatly. It’s an ideal distribution transformer and particularly suitable for low load rate areas such as countries, developing areas and having a great real meaning in building saving recourse society.
Our company develop SC(B)H15 series dry type amorphous alloy transformer and S(B)H15 series oil-immersed amorphous alloy transformer in time. We have established quality system according to ISO-9001 and OHSAS 18001, and to put into effect of our quality assurance system.Here are our quality plans:
1. Keep low loss
1)We choose high quality, high magnetic orientation cold-rolled silicon steel.Using automatic core cutting line with fellmongering device to ensure the burr is less than 0.02mm.
2)Core design uses 6 step process specific joints (normally 2-5 step process joints of domestic manufacturers).
3)Iron core applies entire miter joints, ceaselesss joke, no holes no banding (with support rod and support plate for tight solid support), and no stack on the iron yoke technology.
4)The wire use High-quality oxygen-free copper covered by paper, new composite wire,transposition wire, semi-rigid and self-adhesive wire,firstly educes the resistive loss in the material
2. Keep low noise
1)Constantly optimize the electromagnetic design,choosing high quality high lead magnet cold-rolled silicon steel and reasonable flux density.
2)Iron core applies entire miter joints, no stack on the iron yoke technology.
3)Apply 6 step process specific joints to make the magnetic line of force to be more flat and reduce the leak magnetic loss.
4)The Core tighten use special technology, utilize specially formulated multi-component curing adhesive core of end face.
5)Iron yoke uses plate clamps, clamps and beam form the frame structure.
6)Increase a special damping measures between the core pad feet and down tank.
7)The corrugated surface of the folded plate tank can avoide sound source irregular reflection and resonance.
8)We can keep the transformers average noice belows 52db.
3. Keep low partial discharge
1)Reducing the electric field distortion, to ensure that the most concentrated part of its electric field strength is always lower than the initial field intensity discharge.
2)Increase angle ring at the presence of a strong centralized location.
3)Electrostatic panels turns to be new structure,strictly control the quality of their dressing and welding.
4)Lead bonding use cold welding wire technology,and L.V lead wire use carbon fine wire welding.
5)All insulation and metal structure requires rounding chamfer,unhair and smooth handling, making the field to be more evenly distributed.
6)The body drying use kerosene vapor phase drying process.
4. Strengthen anti-short circuit capability
1)Strict control high and low voltage winding ampere-turns balance.
2)Increase the winding shift winding, improve the efficiency and reduce harmonic.
3)All Winding cardboard pads use Weidmann, pre-unhair, dry, and dense processing, to keep the winding axis height.
4)The hoardings, stays and other insulation in Transformer body must be pre-dried prior to assembly.
5). Lead in ensuring there is sufficient electrical strength and insulation space.
5. Keep strong overload capacity and long service life
1). We strictly control the design of the top oil temperature and winding temperature rise, 5-7K under the normal standard of IEC.
2). Using the principle of twists and turns driven oil, set oil block circle within the winding.
6. Anti-leaking measures
1). Transformer tank has got flat roof, we purchase wide steel plate, to ensure that no patchwork).
2). Take 0.1Mpa plus pressure leak testing and 133Pa vacuum test on the fuel tank to check for fuel tank leakage and strength assessment, to ensure adequate strength and non-leaking tank.
3). Vacuum valve, the valve body flange pre-installed on the transformer and without force.
